Can anyone please guide me about what questions to ask the realtor when buying a house?? I am planning to purchase a house and thinking about hiring a good realtors. But I am confused about questions to ask the realtor. Please help me.
People have been too dependent on realtors and real estate agents when purchasing a home. However, finding trusted and right realtor makes more sense when doing the transaction. Considering factors such as referral, license and track record of his professionalism is now your assurance.

I would ask the realtor some of these questions:
- How long have they been doing what they do? The longer the better.
- How many houses did they buy and sell in the last 12 months? The more the better.
- How do they figure out the appropriate sales price? You’re looking for a systematic and confident approach.
Then ask for 5 references, and ask them how they liked working with the realtor.
And finally, do a gut check? How do you like him or her? How does he or she communicate?
