Hey everyone, I wanted to share a website called ShowMeTheRental.com. They take calls, emails, or texts from rental leads and screen them based on criteria you select. They also market your property on Zillow, Trulia, etc.
You can set up showings and collect application fees through the service as well. It’s $49 per property until it’s rented and that is well worth it. I put a home on the site and had 94 interested leads in one week…didn’t have to take a single call or email from any of them. Just sharing!
