Anyone else investing in land heavily?
I know that some people do so. I know one investor who is always looking for land for sale in Barcelona https://tranio.com/spain/catalonia/barcelona/land/ and he does a lot of farming there. Because Spain gives a lot of bonuses and some advanced equipment to farmers for free, weather is good and market is open to sell the products. So he has really good business I must say.
