I just want to say to all of you guys that the course does work. it helped me buy my first no money down.NO MONEY DOWN means that you borrow the money ,either from the seller or family and friends.Also you have to buy in the lower income neighborhoods to make real money out there.Today there are so many programs to finance a property(check w a mortage officer).As for mckorkle im getting my money back from him ,i knew he was fake,he’s trying to get all the deals out there,that’s what happens when you get tooooooooooo greedy.
Bottomline is that you have to say to yourself
Are you going to live paycheck to paycheck
Or are you going to enjoy life to its fullest.
