We are new to investing in commercial real estate and are in the process of acquiring a triple net property. we have been given some documents to analyze during our due diligence period by the seller.
Who can help us analyze these documents and make sure that we have all the documents we need and that we are looking at everything we are supposed to be looking at during the due diligence.
We need someone to guide us during the due diligence period.

For our first NNN purchase, we hired a RE attorney to
review all docs and guide us through the purchase. we
ended up spending around 60k in fees for a 3M deal.
after that, we learned to do everything ourselves and
got good enough at doing due diligence that we could
spot things that some sellers attorneys would miss.
whether you hire somebody or not, read everything, and
when in doubt, ask plenty of questions of the sellers
agents or attorney via fax or emails, and consult your
own agent and attorney as a fall back. The downside of
spending big bucks on due diligence, is that walking
away from the deal becomes harder and harder as the
expenses pile up.

Don’t you think it is wise to hire a professional consultant to guide you on the prospective deal? Unless you want to risk your hard earned money due to your negligence.
