Mobile Home with a land

Hi,

I invest mostly on Single Family home. I come across a mobile home with a land deal. I never done a mobile home with a land deal before. So I am a new to this. Any suggestion or advice on what to watch for on this type of deal?

Ken,
It would be good to know if the mobile home title is still active or if it has been converted to (the rest of) real estate.

Generally, same MO, buy cheap. Rent.
