My fund is in the process of raising money to buy non performing note pools in the Chicagoland area. If you are a DIRECT seller or buyer of notes send me an email. We have years of experience in this area and are not looking to waste our time with the “$1T” pool brokers with imaginary “mandates”.

We have the buyers, we just need the notes.
We have many ready investors, and are looking to purchase your performing and/or non-performing notes, and any bad paper (i.e. commercial notes, business notes, land notes, credit card debt, auto loans, etc.).
If you have bad paper to sell, we have the investors.
