I’ve found Roger Dawson to be phenominal! Teaches techniques that you will see played out everywhere including car showrooms, real estate, politics, your children (as they try and manipulate you - lol). Really good stuff.

I’ve never seen a course or guru present that is only about the topic of
RE negotiating. The Wolff Couple, who are proteges of Ron LeGrand
has something close. One of their courses on DVD is role playing. It is
totally hokey but really does have useful tidbits of what to say. The
Wolff couple is all about scripts, but they are masters of what to do
when you have to go off script.
All the presentations and seminars I’ve been to usually have some little
tidbit that I find useful, something I had never thought about before.
All that being said, you will find tons of useful negotiating books at the
library and at the book store. Don’t look just in the real estate section.
There are so many books for people in sales, any kind of sales.
One of my favorite tidbits was in a Malcolm Gladwell book who wrote
about a car salesman who ALWAYS assumes that EVERYONE who walks
into the room is a potential car buyer. He keeps that assumption, even
after they don’t buy, because…they could be back. That assumption
changes everything. That stays with me today because I treat every
seller like they will sell, someday…and it might as well be to me.
