I wanted to ask what valuation tools yall use ?
I use Excel, but it tends to get messy at times.
And BiggerPockets us USA Based and quite expensive.

Biggerpockets is very expensive and also a bit complicated if you are just starting out. I would recommend Brrrrbot. Here is an example of a property I have analyzed.

For my analysis and learning, I use Brrrrbot. It’s efficient and avoids the messiness I’ve experienced with Excel, especially for complex valuations.
