We would not be interested in what I call commercial dreams. Clients that are looking to get in the game, but have no money, no experience, and no assets. PS We may be able to pay a finders fee, but only after loan has closed. No up front fee. We are in the game of lending money, not ripping people off. Sorry to be so blunt.
