Hi All,
Has anyone had any experience (or knowledge) with Adiel Gorel of Internatona Capital Group?
He gave a seminar at the Learning Annex in New York and basically helps people
buy out-of-state single family homes in places like Orlando and Phoenix. Since he
has a lot of investors working with him he has the critical mass to ensure the
property managers, etc. stay on the up and up. His presentation was great and I
am doing some due dilligence before I take things further.
