Is now the time to buy Vacation Rentals in Orlando?

I live in Chicago and am thinking about buying a vacation rental house 5bed, 3 bath with a pool/spa in the Davenport, Florida area for around 200K. I figure my PITI + HOA dues each month = $1250/month on a property that can get $120-150/day to rent out. I will also be using it 2 times/yr at least for a vacation myself. How much should I expect a management company to charge and what should I pay for cleaning fees/after usage? Are there any other hidden costs that I am not thinking of? I am a newbie on owning a vacation rental. Do the benefits outweigh the costs? Disney is always “in season” but I know I have a lot of competition. I feel that I know what “sells” and what does not, having been on the renting side of vacation rentals many times.

I woupd say Davenport was a bit overbuilt, and a little further from Disney and other venues. For 200k right now, my money would be in northern Kissimme or Celebration.
